The food was creative, beautiful and tasty... the staff was very helpful and spoke English to help us make good choices. I had a tomato liqueur which was VERY good... Merci!!
Our favourite place in Paris!
I’ve been to Jones a lot over the past few years and I’m never disappointed. The food is always good, often excellent. I love the room and the staff are friendly and well informed. Last night was no exception. Very good beignets of fish with aioli and lamb with carrot and rutabaga mash. The bread was even better than usual and it’s always great!
Neighborhood, bistro-style, with delicious food, great suggestions for wine pairings, and sincere staff led by Aurore. A memorable evening and top dinner pick--among many great meals--of the trip. In particular, while the only English speakers in the restaurant, we were made to feel welcome.
We have a lively group of 11 women, all of whom are self-proclaimed foodies. We all agreed this was one of the best meals we have had. Beautifully presented, served and delicious! Fabulous cocktails (Gin & Tonics were amazing) and wine too. Thank you to the management for a wonderful experience!
My 3rd time visiting Jones and, once again, they did not disappoint! We had a group of 14 women and the service was incredible. Damien took care of us with wines and Alexi did a phenomenal job in the kitchen. My friends said it was their BEST meal in Paris...I agree!! Bisous from Portland Oregon to all the wonderful people at Jones.
Very disappointing with the service. We came as a family of 4 and we ordered about 7 dishes to share around. There was one dish that the waitress forgot so we let her know and sadly she wasn’t able to admit that she may have made a mistake and basically called us all lairs sayin that we surely have already received it (when we finally got it we were all 100% sure we’ve never seen it before) Not a very pleasant situation, she should have just said sorry. The dishes are way too small for the « sharing concept » ( 1 tomato for 4 people ...mhm)
Good original food! Delicious wine. Very good service with a smile :)
I was recommended by a friend of a friend and booked to ensure I didn't miss it. The food was great. I especially enjoyed the pork. The 11e is an area I don't really know and it seems very interesting.
A little pricey for the result
This is a great restaurant. Amazing food and wine and a beautiful setting. It's not for budget diners but it's well worth its price tag.
Creative and delicious food and great value for Paris. Friendly and efficient staff. Great natural wine selection. I wish there would have been some pure vegetable options, but fortunately since I do eat fish on occasion, I was able to enjoy myself, as well.
Nice simple food and wine that are reasonably priced. Overall value may be good but I personally may not come back because none of the dishes were impressive in any way. Service and ambience were excellent.
A very pleasant experience. the very reasonably priced 3 course lunch was very good especially l'onglet au potiron and the onion soup that I tasted. the chef is creative and exploring new tastes. The only drawback is lack of toilet facilities downstairs. You have to climb a" fire escape" narrow staircase to get to them upstairs. So, weak knees or hips abstain.
The restaurant to share with friends The only thing : no "light" dishes :-(
This was our first meal in Paris, worried that we would encounter pretentious waitstaff, impatient with our nonexistent French, we made a reservation here (which we had read was run by an Aussie expat). The service was excellent, and the food excellent. The pork shoulder in particular is to die for. The space is really well done and the bathrooms very clean (and nice!)
Nice contemporary restaurant which are remarkably rare in Paris.
Amazing from start to finish. Délicieuse.
