It's our third time here and this time we went full meat free. Their black bean burger is a dream and their aromatized chips are addictive! Looking forward to the next time.

Jour de Fête is probably one of the rare small restaurants in Brussels where a tasty light lunch can be savoured for as little as 15€ per dish plus drinks (which, admittedly, are rather steeply priced in comparison: 8€ for a glass of wine, 5€ for a half liter bottle of still water). The space itself is small and unpretentious. Quality of the food and swiftness of the courteous service compensate for the simple, not over-comfortable steel chairs.

We had a burger and a dish of the day, which was a vegetarian lasagna. Service is quick and attentive, the food is tasty and in good portions, the mood is nice and the possibility to eat on the terrace is very welcome. What's not to like?
