      In a city dedicated to the 'fifth quarter' cuts of meat it was a delight to find such fresh, refreshing and innovative food that was so much more in keeping with the end of the summer season. The freshness of both the food and service shone throughout the evening. Excellence all round.

      Very innovative dishes in an intimate restaurant without breaking the bank. A welcome diversion from the very hearty bouchon-type cuisine we had experienced in Lyon, which although good food can be very filling and quite similar in nature across a lot of restaurants. Instead, at Jour de Marche there were two different types of set menus with a creative touch and the cooking was refined and beautifully presented.

      Really enjoyed the food, multi course meal included desert. Wait staff was friendly and helped us with the French menu. Chef and wait staff were very helpful and accomidating with my wife's lactose intolerance by making special dishes for her.

      Sophisticated French cuisine in a simple, very pleasant setting. We both though that the first courses and the deserts were absolutely top, whereas the main courses were a notch below and still great. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant which has an excellent "rapport qualité prix."

      Food was excellent as well as the service. I did not speak any French and they were very accommodating. Foie Gras as well as the trois petit cochon was amazing!

      My wife and I had lunch here for our third wedding anniversary. The food was creative and beautiful for the eyes and mouth. I was amazed to eat this well for the price. This was as good as any meal that I have had in France, certainly the best food I have had in Lyon. We will definitely be back.

      This restaurant is well worth the visit. We went for a lunch while staying in Lyon.Food is of the highest quality and presented very. Inventively. Lunch is extremely good value for money.very small so I Would say booking essential. Excellent overall!
