10/10Gracious, attentive, considerate and excellent service. Impressed that the chef prepared media raciones for me... I order a tasting to my liking Anchoas sobadas a mano Cebolleta de Recajo confitada Berenjena ahumada al carbón Grouper Plus 2 deserts Pastel fluido de almendras And a selection of cheeses I felt I was immersed in the flavors of La Rioja, the anchoas were meaty, salty, with enough acidity to balance it all, the peppers and olive oil were of the highest quality I have ever had. The cebolla... just stunning, the depth of flavors, the plating, simply perfect. The eggplant was outstanding. The grouper, a fish of the day, made my brain sizzle. So much flavor, so many textures, perfection again. The Pastel fluido de almendras snapped my head back it was so wonderful. Again, it was Spain condensed into a few bites. I paired this with a Rodan Blnaco, a wine I cannot find in the USA. The aged beauty of Viura balanced the meal. The wine list makes this restaurant worthy of any wine lover's time. Surprised I was the only guest on a rainy Thursday night. I experienced Michelin Star level quality at a bargain price. I cannot priase Juan Carlos Ferrando Restaurant enough.

7.5/10Interior & tables dressing were of a very good quality. The staff (cooks wife) was very kind even with a lot of workload she remains gentle and helpful. The food from great quality & surprising tastes. We can recommend with some indulgence. Thans for the experience.
