We really enjoyed most of the food. The waiters were friendly and was good service. The Makis were really good. What marked them down was a poor experience with the karrage chicken. I took one bite and found it a bit soft and upon looking was pink. I explained I didn’t want to take the risk and asked for a more cooked one. They came back as said the kitchen disagreed and believed it was cooked enough. I said I would prefer a new dish more cooked. They finally bought a second one and the chicken had more colour on the outside and was cooked. Though the shock came when they brought the bill. That wanted to charge for the uncooked one I returned. We had to have a heated argument to have it removed. Which ruined the evening. Very disappointing.

We really enjoyed the donbura but were disappointed that they didn’t sell miso soup on the menu and the green tea was just a teabag not authentic green tea. That said, the food we had was good quality and we would return

The food was just ok. The server gave us the Spanish menu which had limited description of items. Ordered the Miso Ramen which had pork and egg in it I am a vegetarian and assumed the Miso would be tofu. The server explained he gave us the wrong menu even when we were having difficulties with ordering he did not try to give us the English version which we assumed they didn’t have. The owner didn’t care that we were given the wrong menu. We took the Ramen to go for my son to eat later. The sashimi was good but very thin. Over all the food was mediocre and the service needs definite improvement. To top it off we ordered one coffee that the server came running out asking for €1.20 you would assume after what had occurred the least they could have done was comp the coffee.

I went for the lunch menu: one starter + main dish + one dessert. When I finished the main dish and asked the waiter for dessert, he didn’t describe what were those options, so I ordered one Matcha ice cream thought it’s including in the menu. But at the end when I received the bill, I was very shocked that this ice cream cost 7 euros which is too overpriced…. I had to pay this and even didn’t get the dessert that is in the menu because I was full already. Very bad experience.

Great Japanese place for lunch, we always return there for a lunch meal and they never disappoint. My wife also love it and thinks they have a very peaceful ambience. Try their flavorful ramen broth, it is spectacular.
