Service: ok . Waiter attentive and polite but a little bit condescending. We waited more than 20 min to get the bill and pay (you could fix this getting asian style service bells) . Menu shabu shabu Zen Edamame: OK Dumplings: good Nigiri: good. Hamachi and salmon were very good The tuna nigiri was little bit fishy, Shabushabu: good. The menu gives 2 kinds of stock options ramen (not specification of what kind of ramen) and vegetable that weren't offer. Mochi: OK felt like regular store bought mochi ice cream
