I was on a mission with a colleague from work. I found this restaurent on the fork and saw they had steaks. Steaks are my speciality. I ordered a Picanha which is my favorite peace of meat, and it’s not found everywhere in France. The steak was cooked perfectly, nice crust, nice doneness. The meat was a little but under-seasoned in my opinion but it’s typical of french steaks because they always serve it with sauces. I had to season my board with salt and pepper and tap every bite on it. The steak was serged with fries and a little side salad. They were served on a board which is the correct way to serve steak. You always want steak to be served on wood because plates gets it cold. My college also ordered some side "sauce au poivre" for him and I got to taste it, it’s nice, but I prefer the steak as it is when it’s a good peace. Although the meat quality was not the best, it was still pretty good especially for the price they offered.
