By night, with less people and noise, it's better.
The food quality is excellent. I recommend the degustation menu. It's simply perfect.

Not a traditional Japanese, only salmon and tuna for sushi and sashimi. Come here for their large selection of makis - many of them with cheese, if you’re a purist you might want to avoid. Teriyaki salmon and langoustine nigiri are very good. Hot tartar is a bit disappointing, salmon tartare is actually a purée... Matcha cheesecake does not taste like matcha. Friendly service. Venue is so so.

Food was good and the sushi rolls special, but many had the same sauce which had quite a strong flavor, so at the end many of them taste too similar. I think it was a bit too expensive for what it was.

Very dissapointed with the quality, Rice hard, seaweed inside the maki chewy. Fish also low grade quality. Edamame dry and hard. Small portions price and quality is not on par Minimalistic portions of fake wasabi with almost no flavor and 1 slice pickles ginger for 3 dishes? Had to ask 4 times for more wasabi and ginger as Barry any taste or quantity. Same with the sushis, not worthy of calling a Japanese restaurant. Tastes is super westernized.

To add up, they only provide a menu in Catalan, NO English, NO Spanish. I am afraid this restaurant have made a clear choice of dedicating themselves to politics instead of doing great food and deliver great service.

A shame that people here in Barcelona visit thinking this is how Japanese food is. Rip off. Traveled the world and lived several years in Asia and this should not be allowed to be called sushi or even Japanese food.

If looking for Japanese better try something ese I’m afraid

Great service and excellent sushi! in a small restaurant.
It was really obvious why a reservation was necessary; using TripAdvisor was quite easy.
