Prebooked for a birthday treat, a really fun experience. An enjoyable afternoon tea, the cats are lovely and fun to watch. The freshly brew tealeaf tea was very nice.

Very good time today. The cats were very playful. Service was nice and it was really relaxed. We have been a few times now and still doesn't disappoint. Will go again

Really lovely atmosphere! The cats all seem very happy and relaxed, and are all comfortable around the visitors petting them. Great for the whole family!

First time in a cat cafe and it didn’t disappoint. Staff were friendly and the cats were adorable. Had a nice velvet cake as time passed. It was an amazing experience. I’m 100% coming back and deffo would recommend

The staff were really welcoming on arrival and food arrived very quickly after ordering I really enjoyed meeting all the cats. Definitely will recommend the kitty cafe to others

We were shown to our seat swiftly, noted that they gave us time to interact with the cats before taking order. The atmosphere is really light and friendly. good and drink were good. Had such a great time.

The ambiance was at its best. Love to see the cats. We are delightful when the staff told us that we could bring our kids next time as not many cat cafes allow kids to come. We will definitely come again.

My mother and myself visited the cat cafe on our last day at Birmingham the staff were welcoming and friendly the food was tasty the service was great and the cats were really cute. Would definitely go again

Good good and service…. Was great when there were less children. Not the staffs fault but can be a very stressful atmosphere at peak times. Enjoyed it more after 5:30pm when it was relaxed xx

Cute place but worried cats were tired. A lot of them hung around the toilets which was separate from the cafe by a door. I think because it was close to their tunnel to their private room

Lovely place to visit. Had never been to one before. The only downside was only an hour per visit and the food we ordered didn’t arrive till our hour was almost up. Think maybe at busier times they need to up the time per session to 90 mins. But the food was delicious.

Took my mom for Mother’s Day, we were told there were 23 cats in the cafe but only saw around 6. Numerous others around us were saying the same thing, despite walking round the cafe to find them. The salad served with my meal had not been washed and was really bland. Very clearly a packet of salad that had been put in to a bowl. Certainly didn’t feel worth the £14.95 that I paid. My moms pizza wasn’t cut (despite the server saying “it should be” when we asked), I asked for more information on the different teas available and was told “I don’t know, I don’t like tea”. The vegan panini seemed a little bland so I planned to “build my own” but was told that each topping would be charged at £1 each on top of my bill. Our table was booked for an hour, but food wasn’t brought out to us until 40mins later. So we had only 20mins to eat a main dish, side and dessert. Drinks were brought early enough, which was good, but were finished way before food appeared. Overall not the best experience, I won’t be going back & wouldn’t recommend anyone else to go.

Overall a really great place but it took a very long time for food orders to come out so it means you spend the last 20mins rushing to be finished by the time the allotted hour is over. It would be helpful to maybe have 1hr 30mins instead

I have been to the kitty cafe 4 times now. Each time the food service and quality has got worse. We were seated 3 people on one couch with the group of 2 seated after us in a bigger seated area with two sofas. It then took over 40 minutes for our food to come. We then had 15 minutes to finish and leave within the hour we were allocated. 2 plates came out and then I had to ask where the third was. The food was very greasy.

I love what the café is doing for cats and the environment was lovely. However, the food took 25 minutes to arrive and was delivered with no knives or forks which we had to ask for which took 5 minutes to arrive. We were then informed that we couldn't order a dessert because we had to vacate the table and wouldn't have time to eat the. We asked if we could take away dessert and was told that the only boxes they had were pizza boxes. I was so disappointed, particularly as I had taken mum for Mother's day and it was our first time

A bit disappointing. Food was ok but took nearly 50mins to arrive. Plenty of staff but maybe not in the kitchen. Ended up extending the booking for another 30mins so we had time to eat.

When I booked the table I was asked to leave a deposit and was told it would come off the food bill. I had to pay another £5 deposit when I arrived for an extra child and they even used the word deposit. When I was leaving and asked why the deposit was not coming off the bill I was told it’s a welfare charge which had never been mentioned before or mentioned on the website!! The food when it came was very nice but it took 20 mins for them to take our order when we only had the table for an hour. They did let us stay longer as one of the pizzas arrived with 5 mins left but the service was very very slow. It’s a shame as the venue is lovely and the idea is great but such poor service and keeping from me that there was a welfare charge I would not visit again or recommend

Being around the cats was lovely however the menu didn’t include allergies so I was unable to eat anything and just had a coffee. My niece could only have a plain jacket potato with beans and my daughter couldn’t eat anything due to high risk allergies. Would be good if they could include an allergy menu. Staff were nice, seem to be understaffed though.

All the food tasted burnt had to leave it and not happy as I paid 47.80 for food that was nice wasn't happy at all would not recommend the food at all from there it was a treat for my daughters birthdays
