The quality of food was disappointing. The salads were blunt-just like an unexperienced cook would do it at home, in a hurry. The partridge was overcooked, really dry...the side vegetables coming with the partridge were almost cold, the potatoes croquetten were plainly bad! In our online reservation we had mentioned tat one of our guests it was vegetarian, and requested that this detailed should be taken into consideration. He had only one choice-a salad! He wasn't satisfied with this, he would have liked a warm meal, so he asked for some side dishes instead (vegetarian, of course),but this was a problem with the chef...so...disappointing again, especially that the rest of the guests ordered main dishes, including the child (also mentioned in the reservation), but who had no dishes to choose from. It seemed to me that the management is only interested in making a profit, and has little consideration for their clients and their clients' demands and needs. No flexible at all! I would not go back there!

My and my wife's meals were of exceptionally high standard throughout. Special mention for the coq au vin which was one of the best we have ever had. Like elsewhere in Bruges, the food was quite expensive, but because of the quality better value for money than many other restaurants in the town.

Good-looking plates (you can feel that the esthetic of the food is as important as the product), interesting combination of flavors and nice atmosphere. Try the cocktail maison (prosecco & bergamote sorbet), it’s refreshing!

We had the lamb and the chicken dishes and both were excellent. The sauce on the chicken was outstanding. We really enjoyed both of our meals and would recommend this restaurant to others who are hungry. The portions were generous.
