the food is ok, the drinks a bit expensive ( a cocktail with no alcohol was 16 eur! ) the food correct

Thank you! To prepare our non-alcoholic drinks we use only fresh fruits and berries and non-alcoholic liquors which cost the same as distillery, if not more in some cases..

I would be shocked if Koob isn't on (at least) the Michelin Guide in 2023/2024. The creativity and attention to detail was both impressive and captivating to watch. The menu is quirky and mysterious - I recommend the "surprise" Koob cocktail. The food plates are small, tapas-style, but with an upscale flair that makes you appreciate the effort that was put into preparing it. In summary, this is a hidden gem in Florence that I'll be coming back to every visit.

Koob is a hidden gem and a total vibe as soon as you step foot in the door. The cocktails are orchestrated like a beautiful symphony with all the flavor combinations and meticulous attention to detail. Watching the mixologists was so joyful. The flavor of the food was great but portions could have been a bit larger especially when people want to stay and try all of your cocktails! Koobs staff was also amazing.

This place is really unique, cocktails are out of this world. I order a plain g&t and was presented with the most delicious home made tonic that made the gin turn a different colour as I poured it in! Truly amazing please, nice staff, absolutely loved it’ wish we had a place like this is London
