We made a booking using The Fork. When we arrived there was a single diner, but we were asked if we had a booking. I told her yes, but she couldn’t find it, so I showed her my confirmation email. She shrugged. We eventually managed to order drinks (remember, the place is almost empty). There were about six beers listed, but each time I asked for a particular beer I was told they didn’t have any. That was three out of six. I asked if there were any food items on the menu that weren’t actually available. She listed a couple. The traditional Korean fried chicken with a chilli sauce, which was why we came, was excellent! However the kimchi fried rice was gluggy and the bulgoggi had thinly sliced pieces of cheap, fatty and cheery. So, apart from the chicken entree, the food, service and ambience was very underwhelming. That will be our first and last visit.

Food tasty and service quick. Overall good value. However staff had no idea about the Fork so check your booking beforehand.

We really enjoyed the fried chicken and mayo, and the kimchi and cheese pancakes were great! Our BBQ experience was a bit disappointing though - the meat had no flavour. We'd go again but avoid the BBQ.

It’s disappointing to see that they are no longer offering proper bbq. Instead they’d prefer you use a butane powered gas plate which kind of defeats the purpose of bbq.

We have enjoyed dining at KorBQ many times in the past and liked the choice of meat and vegetables for DIY charcoal BBQ along with other Korean favourites such as bimbimbap and soup. This visit is not very different, only quibble being the quality and variety of the accompanying small side dishes.

Delicious but quite expensive. Try wrapping the cooked meats in sesame leaves with chilli sauce! This is quite a noisy place so not good if you want a quiet intimate evening. Overall would go here again but would Go more often if it was cheaper

We booked for 6 pm. 4 people, received email confirmed booking but when we show up they said they don't have our booking and don't have table for us. Really disappointed.

Great place, the food came out quick and everything was delicious. It would be a great place for a group of people to go to but too noisy for a romantic date. The only issue was the high tables were a little awkward to sit at.

They did not find my reservation from this website. Told me I should have called and then did not do much to make it right. Only offered a table with the basic menu. No at table BBQ offered.

Our second visit to this restaurant and the food hasn’t disappointed. The staff pleasant but slightly rushed. Cleanliness of the table needs to be improved on arrival - but it’s Korean bbq after all. Well priced food and cocktails.

Food was delicious, but service was a bit slow on the day. The table beside us had korean bbq whilst our table didn't. Unfortunately, their exhaust fans dont work as well as other places and the whole restaurant was filled with bbq smell.

Staff was welcoming and the place has a great atmosphere for group or family dining. We didn't try the BBQ but fried chicken and rice bowls taste OK like 3.5/5.

Once again enjoyed yummy food. The only disappointing thing was they seemed to have removed the generous complimentary dishes that come with the BBQ set and instead you get a measly tablespoon of onion and Kimchi. At all other Korean restaurants where you have BBQ they have many generous amounts of side dishes to add to your sesame leaf

I went out for dinner so I wouldn’t have to cook. Turns out, I did. It was not clear on the menu that the dish I chose involved me cooking it myself. One small bbq for three people meant it took ages

The food was as good as usual, however it was a bit disappointing that only one wine out of six listed was available. Perhaps it’s not ordered frequently, but if so many aren’t available this should be stated upfront or updated on the menu.

More staff would be good as at times it was an effort to get their attention. Ordered extra sides which didn't arrive and, although it can get noisy, the atmosphere was what you'd expect.
