10/10Juan was very heplful and kind, and so was the chef. The food was great. I definitely recommend the beef tenderloin with foie gras. Best high-end quality food during our stay here in Illetas. Only sad part is that we didn’t visit this restaurant earlier so we could’ve come back. Keep up the good work, Krystal!

10/10Very nice reception by the waiter glass of cava on arrival lovely prawn and kroket for appetisers tartare of tuna for starter which was delicious Main was advertised as sirloin but was filletmignon cooked rare to perfection Finished with a delicious tiramisu all accompanied by a vina sol and Rioja The set price made it excellent value for money. Shame more people don’t use that restaurant

8.5/10Incredible restaurant for the price. Our tuna was a bit over cooked for my taste and seasons could be better but for the price this is the best you can get.

En la localidad mallorquina de Calvià, dentro del complejo hotelero Riú Bonanza Playa, se ubica el restaurante Krystal, especializado en comida mediterránea y cocina tradicional con toques de innovación de lo más exquisitos. El resultado es una gastronomía de gran calidad. En los aperitivos puedes degustar una Sopa fría de tomate con jamón ibérico y huevos de codorniz o un Tataki de salmón con crujientes de maíz. En carnes tienen una deliciosa Carrillera de cerdo ibérico estofada lentamente con puré de calabaza y chalotas glaseadas o un Solomillo de ternera con patatas al mortero, setas y salsa de Pedro Ximénez. En pescados, el Lomo de salmón noruego asado con sayko miso y espárragos verdes es uno de los más solicitados por los comensales, así como el Salteado de verduras de temporada.
