6/10It is an interesting experience and the food quality is good - and no problems with the price-quality (relatively high priced but acceptable). However, it is a fusion between Japanese and Spanish, and certainly not a top level Japanese restaurant. So for the exquise sushi and sashimi lovers who have visited other Japanese restaurants in different countries (and certainly in Japan itself) you could be disappointed. But it you are open-minded it is an interesting experience. The wine list is o.k. and not really over the top. But surprising, no sake on the list. That characterises the restaurant. All designed from a Spanish perspective.

10/10Una pasada disfrutar de esta maravilla de platos. Uno de los mejores sitios para los amantes del pescado y la cocina japonesa. Tataki toro, Salmón King, nigiri besugo, nigiri cigala, Coca de atún, nigiri caballa tomate humo, nigiri crujiente salmonete, nigiri vieira flambeada, bocata calamares, pez limón ceviche, tartar de atún y trufa, tempura cangrejo rey, nigiri huevo trufa, nigiri toro, nigiri salmón lima y mango, nigiri huevo tocineta. Todo marinado con un vino blanco de Lanzarote, de la bodega el grifo, malvasía seco. Diferente ya que nace de una isla volcánica de Canarias y perfecto para maridar con pescados y mariscos. Muy recomendable. De postre unos Mochis de tiramisú y tarta de queso.
