Staff at this restaurant are quiet, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The food is delicious - we ordered the standard banquet, and it was filling and worth the money spent. Very busy for a Tuesday night, but no impact to service.

This was my first time to be there and it was a very good experience,the ambience was good and staff was very excellent,however on the vegetarian dish we ordered there was no Tofu ,i thought all vegetarian dishes come with Tofu. The egg plant was dip fat fried and it appeared to have too much fat. The dessert -there was some yellow/orange ice which was not sweet ,it kinda didnt match with the hard white substance that was there,the white substance did not melt i was hard and dint blend to the ice .Otherwise the Rice and mushroom was superb. This is a place i would honestly visit again and again.Thank you.

The table had obvious marks / scratches on it, the lighting was too bright so you couldn't see the view, and one of our dishes tasted really strange and not at all like its description (beef eye fillet with peppercorns and mushrooms)

Great service and with COVID-19 restrictions the tables are nicely spaced. We tried the $60- banquet for two and it was first class with more than ample quantities. staff went to the troublre of locating a wine that my wife liked. Good on them. We recommend it.

The 5th time we have eaten at Kwan Ho. As usual the service was excellent with waiters ensuring our glasses of sparkling water were never empty. The food was very good. I had hot & spicy cabbage rolls as an entree (very tasty) followed by an asian style risotto (also very tasty). Our table was beside the window overlooking the Derwent. A great dining experience - highly recommended.

Delicious food and reasonably attentive service. The table settings are tired and the atmosphere lacked anything special. Loud live music was playing downstairs which floated up to the restaurant, making it hard to hold a conversation.

We were pleasanlty surprised we went for the banquet for 2 there was 3 of us, All agreed the food was lovely that we decided to go back Saturday night next week to sample some different dips would recommend the banquet.

Food, Service and interior attraction and outlook were excellent as usual. I have given a low score for atmosphere because the experience was spoiled by sometimes deafening and continuous noise coming from the Wrest Point rebuilding, which of course was not the fault of Kwan Ho. In fact they offered to cancel our booking (I didn't).

Took nearly an hour to be served entree... our order got lost. We were given a serve of spring rolls as compensation. Given the considerable number of staff, the lack of organisation was disappointing. But, the good was wonderful.
