Always a reliable stop in Honfleur. Friendly and efficient staff, a varied menu and sensible pricing. Food arrives very quickly and there is decent selection of wines by the glass / pichet. Popular with locals and visitors alike. Booking online is easy and menus in English are available if required. Approx 30 € a head including wine, dessert and coffee

Popular restaurant with a prime location a block or so back from the harbour front. Good selection of French 'staples', the Moules are always excellent. Friendly staff who seem to stay there, always a good sign. If required, English is spoken and the menu is also available in English. Plenty of outside seating when the weather permits!

Nice brasserie style food. Their classic burger for 13.50 was very tasty! Also their formule with 19.00 for 2 courses was good also. The poke bowl was nice and the piece of meat was nice too! The service was so and so as the one waiter started to speak Spanish to me and because i couldn't understand (as i speak Greek and French) I asked her politely to speak French to me. Later she was ignoring me and stopped talking to me! The other waitress instead was friendly and helpful! Overall, nice food at good prices in a touristy place like Honfleur!

The staff was wonderful. Easygoing, friendly and professional. The food was just ok. The drinks and dessert, however, were amazing. Nice place to go for a romantic meal. The merlu was disappointing and the lamb roll was full of gristle. It's such a nice place, just try something else!

L’Alcyone is a very cute bistro in this charming little hamlet. Set back a bit from the main waterfront, it lends itself less touristy. We were over 30 minutes late for our reservation and even though they were very busy they worked to accommodate us. All the wait staff was very nice and accommodating and our waiter was very kind and patient with my bad French. He came to greet us right away and took our order. Our drinks came out about 2 minutes later, faster than any restaurant we’ve been to in Normandie. The waiters were literally running around but not rude and harried at all. Our food came very quickly and was great. The seafood plate which is advertised for one, fed the whole table and was very fresh. The bread was so good!! The pizzas were devoured by the kids and my daughters poke bowl was delicious. They only forgot to not put the dressing on the side for our salads but other than that it was perfect. I highly recommend!

Had the 3 course set menu at 15 euros. Menu has a large range of dishes to choose from. Avocado and prawn starter very tasty although only 2 large prawns. Lovely avocado though. Husband had mussels for main and I had steak (not the steak on the fixed price menu) but it was also part of the deal as the ‘dish of the day’ and was really good. The previous night I had steak in a different restaurant that was awful so this was a nice surprise. The young waiting staff were very pleasant and helpful- also different to some other places we went to during our trip. The Sauvignon white wine is very acceptable here too - very variable white wine in town and this was some of the nicest

The food was good and excellent value for money. I had a small issue with the wine which was quickly replaced without a fuss. Two members of staff who greeted me were a little unfriendly but they may have been embarrassed about not understanding my poor French. The manager spoke good English and handled my criticism of the wine with good grace. I would return.

After reading good reviews about the restaurant, it was a bit disappointing. Steak was rare - though we asked well-done -, salad was inedible (bitter taste). Speaking English - only one waiter, he was called for answering every questions ...

A perfect day trip to Honfleur was capped by an excellent dinner and wine. We enjoyed the patio seating during a thunderstorm which we rarely experience in our home town.

Little quiet when we arrived, and table a bit cramped. But soon filled up and atmosphere was good. Friendly service from efficient english-speaking staff. Menus clear. We chose a range of dishes and drinks with local theme. All food very tasty, well cooked and served. Not a "posh" restaurant, but certainly met our needs well.
