Shark ball/scampi (prawn) starter dishes looked better than they tasted €16 euro tad overpriced Mains Pasta tasty (huge portion) but yet again overpriced €20 Kangaroo (blue) edges eaten 2 half bottles of wine €25 each Disappointed Could and should be better If plates come back into my kitchen uneaten I’d be asking why
Very good overall. Liked the amuse-bouche and the salted butter, though bread could have been more interesting. My filet of bar special with green wheat risotto was fresh and good size. My husband had their three-course ‘menu’ (I loved the flexibility of combining any of their dishes for this). His pasta was good - not over-cooked - if a bit over complicated. We shared a crème brûlée which was flambée at the table. It was good size and delicious. I didn’t see an immediate theme/flavour connection with the marhshmallownand cookie on the side, but the marshmallow was fun to heat on the flame. Water could be cheaper (nearly 8 euro for a liter is way too much). Overall would recommend - friendly service and comfortable atmosphere too.
