About the restaurant L'Archeologia

We came for a special birthday dinner and everything was wonderful. The wine cellar is incredible, make sure you see it! The food was so fresh and delicious and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Wonderful food beautifully presented, very attentive and helpful staff. Romantic atmosphere. It's a short cab ride from Campo Di Fiori. For a higher end restaurant, the portions are big and artistically plated and the price was very reasonable. They helped us choose an good red Italian wine based on our preferences and nailed it for us.

This restaurant was the best restaurant we dined during one-week trip in Italy. If you want to visit there and dine like a king like we did, we recommend to reserve through trip advisor, so you can get 30 percent off of the final bill. We had three fantastic Roman dishes, a bottle of Lazio wine and tiramisu, came out around 80 euro. Then the waiter took 30 percent off from that. So, the meal was 52 at the end. Amazing atmosphere, food, staff and everything for 50 euro and we were so satisfied.

Our favourite restaurant in Rome. A little out of the way but worth the 15 euro taxi fare from city centre. Beautiful setting and fabulous food and service.
