The owner kindly explained the dishes to us in English which was extremely helpful given our limited French.

A short menu of good quality, the staff are welcoming but not intrusive, but will stop for a quick chat about the menu if desired. English spoken if needed. A wonderful meal on the upstairs terrace.

An excellent meal with a superb bottle of Chinon. Everything we had was excellent, but the lamb shanks were truly outstanding. We will definitely return whenever we are in the area!
