    This Restaurant is really excellent, the vegetables are home grown in the restaurants garden and the story that goes with the food is very well thought through. I can only recommend a visit. The list of available Champagne is mind blowing. The only point to improve would be to create an atmosphere that is less hectic and I m not sure if the music is really needed

    Squad pigeon pie is superb, especially the sauce there is no room for improvement! Service is top class as expected. Surprisingly they know it’s my birthday and with a cake. Super full, excellent menu

    Overall experience was superb, chef is so friendly and welcoming, loved the food and you can feel that he & his team spent a lots of time on the food, only few staffs are showing welcoming, most of them shows no emotion on their faces.

    One of the most spectacular meals of my life. Beautiful property. Exquisite service. The menu emotion was a wonderful journey through a culinary fantasy. Every course was amazing. It will be hard to recreate the experience. Fantastic.

    I have been blessed to eat at other three-starred restaurants and so many of my petty-sounding complaints are in comparison to them (especially the French Laundry in Napa Valley USA which wins on those dimensions, if not the food. First, a huge positive - the food (we had the most extensive tasting menu) and the wine pairing are divine. Highlights included 'beehive from our park', a delicious warm velouté of Buddha's hand with a honey crisp floating on the top; caviar on a cold crab jelly with warm potato soup ontop; a sublime John Dory; and an amazing deconstructed bao bun with salad. The wine pairing had a selection of wonderful champagne (of course) including Krug, but didn't stop there, even extending to sake and a delicious cocktail of yuzu juice, cider, and ratafia (a spirit made in Champagne I had not experienced before). Desserts and minardises blew out minds. A few niggles keep this fabulous restaurant from feeling perfect: - pre-dinner drinks were served in their lovely garden, but we were seated on a low, slippery sofa that was super uncomfortable - service was very high quality but too many people were milling about at all times, creating noise and stress instead of peace - The room is eclectic and modern but ultimately chaotic and unrefined with mirrors, marble, wood etc not feeling like parts of a whole - amidst all that we were paying a princely sum for, tea at the end of the meal was extra, sounding a sour note at what should have been a celebratory moment.

    Very impactful dishes with masterful use of herbs. Criticism would be shortage of proteins for the cost. No fish or red meat dish in the late august emotions tasting menu leaves something to be desired.

    Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. We had the degustation menu and the dishes were all excellent, with just the right mix of ‘classics’ and also more innovative flavours. Service was top class too.

    This is a special place to eat. Amazing food, service and environment - the head chef attending all tables was an excellent touch and attentiveness of the staff at another level. We attended in a Sunday afternoon in the glorious July sunshine for my wife’s 30th Birthday - something that will never be forgotten!
