Really good food and excellent service. The only thing I’d change would be the lighting, to reduce it to make it more intimate and cosy. Will definitely return.

very nice place for a business dinner; warm welcome; enough space at the table; individual service; delicious food; fair value for money.

This restaurant has gone traditional. it's a trend seen across Belgium as the restaurant industry searches for more sustainable ways to exist. This dining space in Brussels is a signpost for restaurant observers. Can the chef deliver a fine dining experience that's memorable for all the right reasons? The answer is yes. But you won't see the chef because he works in the souterain, in the cellar, and the food is brought up by a kitchen elevator. The sommelier, he is in charge of the beasts of burden carrying wine, and two waitresses do everything: greet guests upon arrival, discuss pre-dinner drinks orders – the sommelier pours drinks, the waitresses clear plates, both chat with every guest and the sommelier give an informed rundown of the beverages list. The somelier is born in Bourgogne. I thought I just let you know. The prep in the unseen kitchen during the day must be a lot work. The kitchen is their backstage to our on-stage. Are you a bread lover? Bread keepscoming, with a malty, developed flavour, smelling sweetly. I am a fan of their challenging very large wine list. Some diners are doing many courses, we did just three. We experienced some real FOMO time! The food it's so, so good! May I give a pro tip? Order eveything from the menu with the word Holstein in it (and for the desert everything with choclate!). Reward this Willy and his atelier staff for building something so personal, traditional and meaningful and highly engaging that it busts all the rules of fine dining. What a joy.

The atmosphere of this intimate restaurant is “easy going classy” since the incredibly efficient staff is friendly and welcoming but serves a superb menu of excellent dishes, all beautifully prepared. The wild sea bass was tasty and presented with an array of perfectly cooked vegetables. Attention to detail is extremely important, and they do a remarkable job in every way.

This is a quietly and simply elegant place. There was a real warmth in the service, beautifully designed space, and great food. Everything was well executed.

Everything was fantastic, from the food to the service as well as the wine. Our host made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. Great value for money as well and will definitely go back next time we're in Brussels.

A great little place, subtle and simple in both appearance and design. Set menu small with 2 choices per course but every course was balanced and very well cooked, the really don’t need to do any more. I would have expected to have paid 25% more for the quality of the food. Would go there again in a heartbeat.

A very nice 3 course meal of good value - it was disappointing that of the 3 starters, the one we chose was already off the menu - as we were the first diners of the evening this was surprising. The amuse bouche and the bread were welcome additions, and the sea bream and puddings were delicious. Would thoroughly recommend.
