Formé dans de prestigieux établissements, a secondé Thierry Marx.

En 2003, à 28 ans, il prend sa première place de chef et décroche sa première étoile au guide Michelin en 2005, il la conservera 13 années consécutives.

Le guide Gault & Millau lui décerne les prix de Jeune Talent en 2007 et Grand de Demain en 2012.

Fin 2018, Cyril, avec son épouse Anne, ouvre "L'Atelier" et obtient le prix de la Naturalité Gault & Millau en 2019 et le Bib Gourmand Michelin en 2020.
