L'Auberge du Cygne, dans le quartier de la Robertsau à Strasbourg, dans un cadre simple et atypique, constitue un véritable petit havre culinaire pour les passionnés du goût. Le Chef, Guillaume, s'inspire du terroir et fort de son expérience au Buerehiesel, que l'on ne présente plus, mettra les petits plats dans le grand pour vous servir une cuisine de marché, saine et savoureuse. Côté douceurs, c'est Sabine, qui a fait ses armes à la pâtisserie Christian, qui se charge des fourneaux et vous propose une ribambelle de saveurs sucrées et gourmandes.
