Really cosy restaurant, medieval themed. Food was excellent, different twist on the fixed price menu. We had the appetiser plate and the venison. Cooked beautifully and interesting sides. The waiter was extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine. Loved the music too. Would definitely return.

The staff is very personable, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming; this is the highlight of this restaurant. The food is of good quality, and everything is well priced. The cooking is not spectacular but rather simple; the taste is good.
