8.5/10the food was prepared very slowly, we spent a whole hour till first serving. but this could be a highlight of the place as we had enough time for chating. and the food was marvelous.

9/10L'Authentic provided us with the best meal of our three-night stay in the area. The produce was fresh and local, the preparation excellent and the wine selection was very good. The atmosphere was initially a little cool but became much warmer as the restaurant filled up with what appeared to be return visits from local residents. The scallops (coquilles) with creamy asparagus soup, the guinea fowl (pintade), and the mille feuille with raspberries were all absolutely superb! Merci beaucoup!

10/10The very best meal we’ve enjoyed on our holidays in France this year. Everything was top notch but best of all was the asparagus starter. Highly recommend

10/10Atmospheric restoran near Arcashon and dunue Pilat. Good service, interesting menu. Italian akcent in French kitchen. French and Italian desserts.
