This restaurant, not far from the centre of Carcassonne, was new to us; the lunchtime welcome, and the subsequent service, we warm but efficient; we had the prix fixe menue at €19,90; the food was good - starter was a tomato tart with salad, main was pork belly with pdt lyonaise, dessert was aa sort of panna cotta crumble;; the food was good - pork belly very good, and in generous quantity; we ate indoors, in former horse stalls, because it was too cold to sit in the large garden; the lavatories were very clean, and the coronavirus precautions well maintained
Hands down the best cassoulet we have ever had
Very nice service, perhaps a bit slow but if you are enjoying a good conversation is good. Interesting decoration!

It was so good, I ate there two nights in a row. Loved the outdoor patio seating, the friendly service and the dessert- was absolutely amazing. (Mille fieille with chocolate).
Our table was in the lovely courtyard which was really quite quiet on a Tuesday evening in September. The service was pleasant, friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and the cost reasonable for a rather nice restaurant. I have eaten here before some years ago and it is reassuring that it is still of such a high standard.

Fabulous atmosphere. The servers were very attentive. I had a gazpacho as an entree and it was excellent - one of the best I have ever had. The main course was good (the coating on the salmon was interesting, not at all needed) although the side dish was cold and that is why I am saying the good could have been a bit better. I will definitely return!

Pleasant welcome at the door; attractive warm explores the theme of the old stable that is the building. All the food was very tasty and the servings were ample. In our group of 4, we started with a small green salad, cream of cauliflower soup, lobster bisque. For main courses, a plate of foie gras three ways, tournedos of beef with frites, chateaubriand with foie gras, and lamb shank. Everything was prepared perfectly. The lamb was particularly great; we all agreed we'd return just for the lamb. Service was pleasant if a little disengaged. Good dinner!
Great food and service. My wife Sue and I had a lovely evening. Interesting as well to try an excellent local Chardonnay. Ambience would be improved with white table cloths.
A very nice restaurant, especially it will be in the summer a little gem with it's marvelous center court. Friendly service and a few delicious dishes.(velouté de champignons avec pesto et foie gras.)
