This meal was everything we hoped it would be! My husband and I do not speak french and the staff were so patient with us. The food was out of this world good. Very simple, but so full of flavor. The prices are very reasonable for what you get in comparison to other places we have eaten in Bordeaux. Very intimate atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

I booked a table after having read positive reviews about the place, The restaurant is in a quiet backstreet just off the main shopping road in Bordeaux. A small place (about a dozen tables) but with nice decor and friendly staff. Our meals were served promptly and I have to say we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food (not previously having had particularly good experiences in Bordeaux). The presentation of the food showed some flair and the flavours were excellent. Highly recommended, I would go again in a heartbeat!

We had a nice dinner and experienced the French cuisine. The staff is really friendly and honest, and also help you in choosing what to eat, which is really helpful when you don't know the language and either the cuisine. Thanks!

They start right on time, so don't be ten minutes early. Slightly overrated - some food overcocked. Quite difficult to find.

Food was excellent, especially the chocolate mousse. They were also very careful and kind with my food allergies.

We had one menu and ordered separately a starter and a main dish. The price performance ratio is already without the fork good. We enjoyed our meals, the vine recommendation and the the good atmosphere. The service was very attentive and friendly as well.

This is a true little gem! The service was warm and accommodating and the food was very good. The friendly server even accommodated one of us who is a vegetarian, allowing us to order a set menu with a vegetarian option that wasn't listed. Our only comment is that it would be great to add a veggie option to each of the set menus, because we picked this place in part due to its numerous options for non meat-eaters. Many vegetarians appreciate and will spread the word about places that actually give them some thought. Thank you for a lovely meal-- merci!
