10/10Wonderful Italian in the middle of the left bank. Started off with an amuse of cappellini, followed by a fresh salmon entree, a fish plat and a sweet peach tart. Fabulous presentation with great service.

10/10L’Inconnu is truly extraordinary- we have dined here a number of times since its opening, and each meal is a unique experience. The courses are ingenuously created and perfectly prepared, from the finest ingredients. If a diner has an allergy and alerts the chef in advance, a substitute dish is specially constructed, just as enticing. A lovely and quiet room, personal and attentive service, and always a memorable lunch or dinner.

10/10What a revelation! Every bite of the dégustation was exquisite. An amazing balance of flavors and forward-thinking ideas without being pretentious. Absolutely delicious experience, and we will be back. This chef (and his excellent staff) are headed for a well-deserved étoile in the future if tonight’s dinner was any indication. Bravo and merci!
