10/10A beautiful culinary experience in a beautiful setting. We’ve had the menu d’Auvergne and re-discovered dishes like the magret which were elevated to a different level. Now I just love the Bolivian coriander in starters and desserts! All our dishes were a feast of unknown scents/taste, it was just amazing. The foie gras was out of the ordinary, the Mexican vanilla and noisettes dessert just delicious ???????? On a slightly negative note: my husband being a MS, his critic was that the white wines were of the wrong vintage ie too old - a 2017 jurançon, but we had a lovely Quincy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to challenge their papilles and thinks they’ve tried everything ! WELL DONE!

7/10Food was very good but the service was not as good as it has been in the past. Waited too long between courses, mixed up the serving of 2 main courses and only served a glass of wine when we ordered a bottle. Waiting staff just seemed very inexperienced for an establishment of this quality and price. A bit disappointing and spoilt a Christmas family meal. And no apology or comment when I mentioned the service wasn't as good as before, only concerned that the meal was good. But the meal is the service and the food combined for me.
