LE RESTAURANT
Face au port de Mandelieu-La Napoule se planque une adresse mythique, une villa néo-gothique au patio fleuri un temps menée par le chef Louis Outhier, avant de devenir le terrain de jeu gastronomique des frères Raimbault.

Sous l’oeil doublement étoilé de Stéphane, le chef exécutif Antoine cisèle des créations audacieuses et élégantes, mêlant allègrement Asie et Méditerranée : soleil levant de poisson cru du jour japonisant en "souvenir d’Osaka", langouste royale rôtie "à feu d’enfer" au curry thaï ou encore filet grillé de boeuf wagyu aux huîtres spéciales et wasabi…

Au dessert, c’est la caravane du chef pâtissier François qui passe vous régaler de ses tartes et entremets. Le tout soigneusement assorti des crus sourcés par le sommelier Pascal Paulze, meilleur ouvrier de France 2015.

LE CHEF
Avant de relancer la belle endormie en 1991, Stéphane Raimbault connaissait déjà bien la maison, puisqu’après avoir décroché deux macarons au restaurant Gérard Pangaud à Paris, il a représenté Louis Outhier au Japon pendant dix ans.

We had a lunch of 4 courses at 120€ pp all inclusive.
Very nice garden and superbe kitchen

Every time we are in the south of France we visit l'Oasis and it never disappoints. Today was no exception with a truly memorable and fabulous meal meticulously presented. Can't wait to be back in July.

The decor is dated and the storks and elephants a little kitsch. The atmosphere is Provencal meets old folks home.
The starter and main were good but the dessert was just adequate and served from a wooden carousel which was pushed around by the waiters. The petit fours served with coffee were very uninteresting. We felt sad at the end of our meal and although we live in the area will not be tempted back.

A wonderful meal in a wonderful setting. The food speaks for itself and is really very good value despite it's high quality. The waiting staff provide just the amount of assistance, appearing as if by magic over your shoulder to do whatever needs doing and always happy to repeat again in English with a smile. Nothing pretentious or snobbish here. Stephane Raimbault the 2* chef visits diners later on and is most friendly and happy to discuss the food.
Highly recommended for any special event.

We had invited friends for a special evening at LOasis, where we have been a couple of times before. The one couple ordered :Huitres speciales "IKURA". The lady got sick in the car just a few minutes away from the restaurant. Her husband got sick during the night. I feel it must have had to do with the oysters.
The other three of us did not feel anything wrong with what we had eaten.
In such a restaurant this should not happend.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Have been eyeing this place for last 5 years, a Relais Chateux Grand Chefs. Food and service is certainly in the company of Chevre D'Or, Moulin de Mougins, La Reserve Rois. Incredible dessert flotilla and lovely garden. We will return.
