We had three dishes (Antipasti and Primi) with two of them with a hair. After the finishing the Antipasti it took 45 minutes to get the spaghetti. The waitress never spoke to us neither to the other guests. Just brought silent the food. It looked like she did her job just bring the food. The spaghetti of my husband were trunk in oil. I had spaghetti with sea food which you could count (6 mussels). Such a bad service and experience. Just the red house wine was very good. We skipped we dessert and looked forward to leave this bad atmosphere. We are glad to had the discount of the fork of 30% but still not worth. In each fast food restaurant you will get more of service and taste.

Gentile Julija, Le rispondo in privato in inglese ma qui in italiano in modo che anche gli altri utenti possano capire. Non capisco cosa voglia dalla nostra cameriera. Si è rivolta a Lei con garbo ed educazione ed ha risposto alle Sue domande. Noi imponiamo la massima discrezione al nostro personale. Il suo lavoro consiste nel prendere le ordinazioni e portare i piatti, oltre a consigliare i clienti e dare le informazioni necessarie. Per quanto riguarda i tempi di attesa, Lei ha preso i Taormina e i Maronti, cioè nel primo caso spaghetti con filetto di pesce azzurro e tonno fresco grigliato, nel secondo con vongole e polipo (non erano quindi spaghetti ai frutti di mare, Lei ha contato le vongole ma non il polipo e gli altri frutti di mare: come mai?). La invito a provare a replicare questi piatti a casa Sua e poi mi dica quanto tempo impiega a sfilettare il pesce, preparare e grigliare il tonno dopo averlo marinato per 20 minuti, ecc. Poi ci faccia sapere.
