Wonderful lunch! A memorable lunch. Thank you so much. Two small complaints: the music was a little loud and not really to our taste. We would have preferred classical music. Also, the wait was quite long for our main course...2 hours. However, our server was very, very good, and the food the best we have had in Bordeaux.

L'Oiseau Bleu was perfect for our anniversary dinner. The dishes were artistic and super in flavor. It is in a quiet part of town across the river and well worth venturing. After some disappointing and expensive meals in Paris, we were very pleased with L'Oiseau Bleu and would return again. Thank you also for the anniversary acknowledgment.

Delicious meal with interesting pairings and flavors and presented beautifully and timely. We enjoyed the Menu Confiance with 5 well matched wines and several food courses. Our favorites were the crisped skin St. Pierre whitefish with artichoke purée and the main course of tender pigeon breast au jus served tableside from within their delicate parchment wrapper. The dessert soufflé was also stellar but since everything was delectable, I could go on singling things out from the entire menu experience!
