We have returned to eat at this restaurant for 20 years. We expect with the good food equally wonderful service. Instead we were left waiting repeatedly and often had to ask for things as simple as a butter knife, water and cafe and when we asked, we were left waiting much too long.

Everything from the perfect setting to the perfect service to the perfect food was all amazing. If you're in Provencr, you must stop by the restaurant. If you're not staying at the hotel, you really need to go to the little shop as well. French country chic!

Very high price. Dishes are prepared qualitatively, but without delicacy. Ravioli with a lobster are exclusively magnificent. Main course (fish and pork) the usual. Dessert cake Napoleon trivial.

I have been a client of l Oustau for thirty plusyears and the place keeps its magic all the time, an enchantment from the moment you enter the restaurant to the moment you have to reluctantly leave it.

Serene setting in a Valley with wonderful view of Les Baux en Provence. All of the waitstaff were friendly, informative and happy to serve us. Our 4-top table ( for 2 ) was set on the Terrace under wonderful shady Plane Trees which allowed a comfortable breeze and protection from hot sun.

Chef Jean-Andre Charial made multiple visits to each guest table with short visits and a few words to cheer the guests who were experiencing wonderful dining experiences. Hope to return soon ! !

The setting is spectacular and the service impeccable. A la carte menu will set you off roughly 200 euro each, but it is a unique experience. Although pricey, you are kept entertained with amuse bouche throughout the meal, making this almost a degustation menu. I thoroughly reccommend it
