La Balsa

The restaurant has a nice decoration and the waiter was very kind! However the food was a real deception. We ordered a starter that arrived 40 min later. The main dishes were completely cold (even fried calamares) and the portions were really small. The price was extravagant for the quality of the food.

Good appetizers, especially the octopus and roast beef. Main courses were disappointing; filete undercooked, barely warm, and very stringy, plasticky duck. The corvina was well prepared. We sent the filetes back to be cooked al punto and they came back again barely warm. Overall an underwhelming experience.

I love this place , always it’s a good option!

Oasis in the middle of a residential area, i love to go there with my wife. the lunch menu is of a very good price for the quality that you wipl eat, the service is up to the best standard in Barcelona. At night the wood decoration provides a different cosy atmosfere. One of my favourite in Bonanova.

Good food, a little bit expensive. The cheesecake portion very small for the price.
