2/10The restaurant looked good but the service was horrible. It was like they did not want us to be there, really strange. There was no smile, no engagement, I had to insist to be at a better table although there was not that many people. The menus in English and Spanish were different. They served us a completely flat Cava but they agree to change it. Finally we decided to leave but they never asked why. It felt like the staff were deeply unhappy to work there. It looked like it is a management issue. All together a really bad experience. We ended up in the restaurant next door where we got a much better welcome. It is called Albedrio.

7/10I walked into this restaurant at ~9pm, and I got turned away by the front staff as she said the restaurant was fully booked. At that time, the restaurant was very empty with a less than 10 ppl. I then used the fork to make a reservation once I stepped out, and since the restaurant was empty, of course I got an instant reservation, so I finally got seated. I counted at least 10 open tables until I finished my meal. The food was good. The service was a bit slow. I had to remind them to bring me an English menu and twice about my steak. Still confused as to why I got turned away in the first place since the restaurant was clearly NOT fully booked. 🤷🏻♂️

6.5/10Service was a bit slow considering the restaurant wasn’t that busy. Starters were lovely, mains were disappointing considering the price. Wouldn’t go back in a hurry

7/10Food was very good. The service abysmal. The waiter got our order wrong on multiple occasions, didn't place my husband's order and so we had nearly finished our food by the time he got his. Bread was brought to the table but nothing else to eat it with, so had to ask for olive oil. Then I asked for some balsamic vinegar, which he said he'll bring.. and promptly forgot all about it, so didn't get any. We also asked for a table indoors and were told there weren't any available; in spite of several tables inside being empty, and no other customers came in to fill them. I do think the restaurant will do much better if you train your waiters on a proper service, and to be aware of the needs of the customer. As I said the food was lovely so would have given a really good rating if it wasn't for the service we received.

10/10Just had an incredible dining experience at La Bernarda! The place is wonderful, the paella was AMAZING, and Marta was really kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

4/10We were disappointed in the restaurant. We wanted to order a few different options but a lot of the items were not available. We were told there was only the 1kg option left of the meat but when it arrived it was not even 800g worth of meat. Food was okay but not worth the price..
