10/10Artisanal food shop-cum-restaurant that uses only the best ingredients to make simple but delicious Tuscan dishes. We started with the fusilli made from spelt and served with a creamy fresh Ricotta sauce flavored with walnut and nutmeg. To follow, we had cooked chicory with chunks of fresh sausage, accompanied by sprigs of anis flowers and wild dill. Dessert consisted of a couple of Tuscan macaroon-like sweets, one made with cocoa powder, the other with almond and pistachio. Excellent local wines by the glass, as well as intense espresso to complete our little feast. Service was very friendly and helpful. Prices very reasonable as well!
