The waiting time for service, and the meals was unacceptable - everyone was waiting and complaining. We were not offered an apperitve or the wine menu, I received the wine menu after the first course, my daughter was not given a fork and we could not attract the waiters attention - just gave up. Not enough staff for a busy public holiday service.

Service appalling . They got the orders wrong for the starters then again for the main course . Consequently , some of us had to wait ages for our food whilst the others started theirs. Fianlly , a waitress spilled boiling coffee down the back of one guest ruining his shirt and jumper . There were virtually no apologies from the management . It was appalling . The food was ok but , for example ,when my steak finally arrived 10 minutes after everyone else's food , there was no bernais sauce as ordered. We were a party of 14. We had just one very nice waiter who was overwhelmed by it all.
