10/10Food quality is great. Some of the best grilled meat I tried and surely the best in Aix. Service is really pleasant, never intrusive and contributes to the very charateristic athosphere. This is a truly French restaurant

4/10Ordered T-bone steak as recommended by the waiter. The steak was medium done but it was not tender at all. The steak knife provided was rather dull, requiring quite a bit effort to cut through the meat. I ended up not being able to swallow 1/3 of the steak. Am surprised at the restaurant’s relatively high rating (4.6/5)

10/10+1Main dish (cote de boeuf) and dessert (cafe de gourmande) were all excellent! Serving speed and kindness were also good. Hope to visit again soon.

5/10Beware solo travelers. While there were a number of open tables when I arrived and when I left, I was seated at a table next to the salad bar with a view of the toilettes. Literally, I watched 2 men enter the ladies room, not close the door fully and, well, use the toilet with only a sheer drape blocking my view. This was My 5 or 6th, and certainly l, my last visit. How was the food? Hard to say— the foie gras was good; the steak was very fatty and just ok. But I didn’t enjoy a single moment of my time there. I got out as fast as I could, 55 or so EU later….

6.5/10The restaurant was highly recommended by our hotel front desk. We had been in south France about 9 days and hadn’t had any bad meals, so we really expected a nice dinner. The fish soup was hot and delicious. We all liked it. Then the main dish duck was disappointing; it tasted nothing but bloody flavor. We also had grilled bream fish. When asked serve options, we selected fishbones removed. It came in with grilled skin downside, and no vegetable decoration. The presentation could be improved. As non-French speaking tourists we didn’t feel warmly welcomed.

10/10I have been visiting this restaurant for the past 20 years. Excellent food, wine and staff in a great atmosphere. Full on a Thursday night. Several parties turned away. Booking strongly recommended.

8.5/10very good the meat (especially the roast duck). The bouillabaisse was tasty but needs a little bit more care, we found a lot of fish bones and scales. The creme brulee with levanda was delicious. In total a very good restaurant,tasty,value for money.

10/10A remarkable restaurant in Aix. Beautiful interior space and exquisite food prepared over an open fire grill. Best duck dish ever, delicious Bouillabaise, and salad delicate with the perfect dressing. Magnifique!

10/10Traditional french but not snobish. You can enjoy typical French local food at a very reasonable price, and the flavorful meat and fresh seafood cooked over charcoal fire, good service, and a friendly atmosphere make your dinner even better.

9/10Best value for money in Aix. Excellent quality on all courses, but side dishes does not always match the perfect taste of the main dish. Friendly "family like" service - and a little abstract "greek tavern look alike" interieur.

10/10This was our 3rd visit to La Brocherie and we weren't disappointed. As always the food was fantastic - we love watching it being cooked on the open grill. The canape of homemade tapenade is lovely. The service was friendly, attentive and not rushed. We appreciated the advice on wine options and the extra truffles at the end

9.5/10This nice restaurant did not look like much from the outside, but was spacious and welcoming once you stepped inside; the staff was attentive, ambience was nice and the food was superb. Price was reasonable and we enjoyed our dinner very much!

10/10A lovely evening, staff were very attentive and the food was very good. We have been travelling through France for 5 weeks and this was one of the best dining experiences we had. I would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant.

10/10I have been dining in La Brocherie for about 19 years now. Same staff. Very friendly, excellent food and never fail on the wine recommendations. Cote de boeuf is excellent. Looking forward to my next visit.

6.5/10We weren't disappointed, but not totally pleased with the food: the grilling was very good , but the cuts of duck breast & lamb chops weren't very tender & tough to cut. . . . .but were tasty. Our starter: shrimp , avocado, lettuce salad was fresh & very tasty---thank you. We had no room for dessert.

9/10Friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere, and tasty appetizers. I found the seafood to be better than the grilled meat. The grilled lamb chop was very tough to cut and chew. Prawn pasta was fresh and delicious. Overall, I appreciate all the fresh ingredients and bread.
