It was one of the few restaurant open in Folgarida during Covid. Pizza is very good and the other food is also good. The environment is OK, although noting special. Price is OK.

LA PROPOSTA - Il ristorante La Buca si trova nel cuore di Folgarida. Il menù proposto dal locale è ricco di specialità regionali, ma non mancano piatti più tipicamente mediterranei, come ad esempio un’ottima pizza, cotta nel forno a legna. Molto buoni anche i dolci, rigorosamente fatti in casa.

PIATTI FORTI - Da provare assolutamente il salmì di cervo con polenta di Storo, la carne salada alla griglia con fagioli e cipolla, il tagliere di formaggi tipici, nonché la pizza Biancaneve e la fumé.

IN STILE - L’ambiente presenta un arredamento caratteristico e molto rustico, in tipico stile montanaro.
