10/10We were completely blown away by La Carbona from the moment we walked in. The interior ia absolutely stunning & our waiter Juan Carlo was just amazing, really attentive & helpful. The food was quite extraordinary, there was very little on the menu that didnt entice & appeal, really wished we had returned there the next evening as our choice for that evening was a disaster, but thats another review. I would seriously consider returning to Jerez just to eat at La Carbona

10/10Excellent innovative food. Presentation and quality. The restaurant has a great chef, and I believe it will soon earn one Michelin star. The place is an old winery converted Into a very special place. Service was perfect and the wine list is excellent with affordable prices. I will definitely will be back and recomend a fantastic restaurant in Jerez.

10/10We had a nice lunch here. The dishes we wanted to try weren't available (4 different dishes), but what we finally ordered were delicious. Would recommend and come back.

9.5/10A great bodega style building with excellent food that integrates the diverse sherry varieties. We took a la carte but the menus are also very interesting which pair each dish with a type of sherry. Top resto a bit off the beaten track.

9/10We have been to La Carboná a number of times. The service is always attentive, and the food is delicious, and beautifully presented. I started with a "copa" of Manzanilla sherry en rama that was somewhat unusual, but quite nice. The ham croquettes and the "tartar de tomates de Conil" were both exquisite. My wife's fresh cod, prepared sous-vide, was very flavorful, and my piece of roast suckling pig was delicious. It's not cheap, at least by Spanish standards, but then, it's a very "high-end" place, albeit with a casual, unpretension atmosphere, and it's a good value for the money. Our meal would certainly have been a lot more expensive in a restaurant of similar quality in the United States. Well worth a visit.

8.5/10A special night out and a very personalised dinner. We experienced the Solera tasting menu: eight courses and eight paired sherries. An intriguing and beautifully executed dinner. By far, the service was exceptional and very warm. It was a quiet night as Covid continues to affect bookings/diners but the staff were exemplary and took time to explain the wines and different tastes/experiences. Graçias

10/10Excellent location in a quiet back street, the building is well presented and is a converted bodega. Very friendly and possibly over attentive staff but as there were very few diners (Covid impact) not unsurprising. Tasting menu paired with sherries was very well cooked and presented. The waitress knowledgeable regarding the sherries. Nothing to complain about save that we had to eat earlier than planned due to the restrictions on restaurant hours. Dining experience around 2hours 15 minutes. The price is higher than stated at €52 for the menu.

10/10Whenever we are in Jerez we always go to La Carbonna and it never disappoints. By far the best restaurant in Jerez, fantastic food, very attentive staff, would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed

10/10Lovely setting, with really attentive staff. Great selection of food and wines, including prize winning cod menu and a list of 'guest wines', over and above the regular wine list. The food was wonderfully crafted and delicious. A must visit venue.

10/10The decor was beautiful. Upon entering, the large doorway just makes you feel like you are entering a castle. Lovely high ceiling, linen on all the tables with enough room to walk around the tables without feeling too narrow or running into each other. The service was attentive. While our waitress did not understand English much, she tried to laugh along to our jokes as much as possible. We had the sherry tasting menu but asked for it to be changed to a wine pairing instead at the same price. They were more than accomodating. 6 dishes + wine - were not overstuffed, nor left hungry! Great romantic experienced.
