Beautiful looking restaurant and it had been recommended to us, how ever I believe it was far too busy and staff couldn’t handle the influx of people! Far too long waiting to be served and then when food did arrive a lot of it was cold and a few things had been forgotten. When we mentioned we were still waiting on sauces (peppercorn sauce and mushroom sauce for the steaks) the waiter insisted on getting another round of drinks rather than bringing the sauce that should be accompany the steak! They also gave us a wrong meal but at this point we were so hungry we decided it was easier to keep that! Very disappointing

A lot could be improved Starters all served at different times. Onions rings ordered but never came yet on bilk. Table collapsed spilling drinks food ect Table left in a mess with sauce ect not cleaned 1 dinner ruined and replacement double billed Very dissapointed No body really cared

Charged way too much for the sauces, and we received far more than we asked. Didn't appreciate the bill at the end showing a crazy amount for the sauces. The service was slow and waiters were constantly confused and making mistakes on the orders. The steaks themselves were not cooked to the request. Several in our group sent them back to be cooked more.

This is our 3rd time visiting this restaurant and will return. There was 12 of us on this booking , everything was handled very well. The waiters and waitresses were very attentive and do an outstanding job. The food was delicious, not one person had any complaint. A lot of the group had steak and was cooked to perfection. Fantastic restaurant and will return.

Restaurant was great. We were a party of 9 which included 5 kids - they seated us in an area where we had space to enjoy our meal without worrying that we might disturb others. There was a long queue when we arrived but as we had booked they took us in within a few minutes. The food was delicious, they were very friendly & chatted to the children. Overall a very positive experience.

A regular destination restaurant when we are in Puerto del Carmen, and with good reason. Great food, great service and relaxing atmosphere. There is an extensive menu, but steaks are the speciality, and all our were cooked perfectly. Highly recommended.

We booked in a party of 8 for my birthday while on holiday. The table was ready when we arrived in a beautiful setting. We were greeted in English by very friendly staff who also helped getting our food order correct. The menus do have a page in English so no worries there, but getting our steaks cooked perfectly needed a bit of help as they have a different take on .medium rare etc. The food was perfect. One of the tastiest fillet steaks I have had. Everyone in our group said their food was perfect. I was surprised with a free birthday cake and a chorus of Happy Birthday from the staff, which was really nice. This restaurant is amazing. Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful setting. Awesome food. We will recommend this to everyone.

Was here for my 40th, 11 people at the table and 3 orders completely wrong, love love love this restaurant but tonight was a bad night for them, served our food 20 mins after everyone else’s mains came out because our order was wrong. I will go back but was very disappointed with the service and the staff, the order was read over 3 times to be sure it was correct and still the mains for 3 were incorrect.

Amazing experience. Very fast food delivery and a special/secret celebration for my mother-in-law’s birthday. The food and wine (Bermejo) was exceptional so thank you for making our experience so special. Until next year!
