We get to know La Cosita because of Ah restaurant actie. The first impression is very good, nice decoration, relaxed atmosphere and the manager/owner is very friendly and checked up on his customers regularly.
It was a fixed three course menu starting with selection of tapas. We loved the mini calamari as well as the jamon. The main course is composed of chicken stew, pork roast, seafood stew. The chicken tight and sea food tapas are juicy and well seasoned. The pork is a bit on the dry side. On the side of the main course is fried potato "cubes" seasoned with smoked paprika powder. Very nice combination! Our two-year-old loved the potato cubes.
The last is a grand dessert of panacotta, crem bulee, lemon sorbe and brownie. Only the brownie was disappointing, the rest were very nicely done. The panacotta was made in a mini oven dish garnished with a drop of mango sauce. It looks so much like a sunny side up that immediately caught the attention of my two year old. It was night what she expected, but she likes the taste nevertheless. We were also luckily that there was live music playing on the terras that evening. We had a nice meal there and plan to go back again.
