Everything we chose from the menu was delicious and was of perfect size. The lamb shank my husband ordered was a full shank on bone, deliciously cooked with fruits and spices with a light, fluffy bulgur on the side. My entree strawberries and tomatoes with mascarpone sorbet was a delight! Fresh, salty, sweet, crunchy! It was a subtle dance of flavors and textures. My main dish tuna with risotto was also delicious. and the panna cotta also.... Overall, a lovely experience of fine dining at a reasonable price. Highly recommend it!

Excellent choice for fine dining in Geneva. I ordered the market menu : ceviche of cod with pink radishes, roasted cockerel in a spicy sauce, jacket potato with grilled tomato and tonka panna cotta, diced pear, with amaretto ice cream. Everything was very tasty although the portions are pretty small.

A cozy restaurant in a small hotel of high standard.

Friendly and attentive service, attention to detail and hotel etiquette, and a correct menu. Overall a good experience and value for money (for Geneva standards).

The food was well presented, savory and cooked to (text-book) perfection.

Overall, only positives.

For it to achieve a "very good" rating we would have welcomed a little bit more originality and boldness in the menu.

Food was excellent!! I like every dishes we were served, especially the onion veloute, beef cheeks and red mullet. It is a very traditional hotel restaurant, thus the service is also very good. I love the dry Muscat that the server recommended. Overall, the menu cost is very good given what they offer you. Very worth visit!

Not as great as the first time. A fish at the beginning of the meal was dry and the fois gras poêlé was cold and dry. Slightly disappointed.
