Fusión y descaro son las señas de identidad de este local que cae simpático desde el principio. Y es que es imposible no caer rendidos ante una carta ecléctica, con platos con nombres como “anchoas espectaculares” o “pito de ternera con su salsa de champis”. Y con platos que van desde el cachopo Gucho tamaño madrileño con jamón y queso y salsa de queso azul, el falafel del Ebla y los torreznos D.O. Soria. Todos ellos demuestran lo que uno intuye en cuanto pone un pie en este espacio cálido y colorista: a su chef Javier Larios 'Gucho' le importan un pimiento las banderas gastronómicas y su máxima tras los fogones es no solo divertirse, sino hacer que los clientes se lo pasen pipa degustando su carta siempre ecléctica y sorprendente.

Una carta donde la butifarra de La Garriga con pan con tomate y beans (una versión del clásico plato catalán botifarra amb mongetes) conviven con un señor tiramisú casero, unas croquetas de chipi (sic) o unas alcachofas confitadas y marcadas a la plancha. El mismo espíritu lúdico y festivo que encontramos en su carta se respira también en el local: aquí van a recibirnos siempre con una sonrisa y nos van a contagiar de su buen humor. Tienen, además, un buen surtido de vinos de las mejores D.O. españolas.

    Great place! One of the best dining experience I have had in a long time. Small place that is full of great flavors and friendly service. The owner was extremely helpful in navigating the menu and the large wine list. Alberto was a great server. Made everything work. The food was amazing. Every dish was fresh and tasty. My favorite was the bacaloa. The pork belly and the truffled eggs are also a must try. You will be very happy if make the trip.

    Great little local restaurant. Very friendly and chatty owner, delicious food from fresh produce, great wine list, and even some very good vegetarian dishes, which is unusual for Spain, even in Madrid. Highly recommend!
