10/10This place was magical; the journey our palette took from this amazing chef and staff was pure food bliss. The service is VIP level throughout, the portions (we had the 8 courses) were perfect for the experience and every course was as fantastic as the other. Please, do your mouth a favor and come enjoy this very worthy stop on your trip to Paris. Bon appètit! - JR

10/10Superb experience, an evolution of flavours, the tasting menu gives a great introduction to chef Indra’s skills and exposed us to an array of flavours. The wine pairing complimented the food perfectly. To top up the experience, exceptional service!

10/10Excellent, fresh, seasonal and inventive food in a beautiful, calm, intimate setting. You feel the Michelin star but absolutely no pretension. Perfect vibe and meal for me. The fact that the chef has worked in 9 countries shines through. Very accommodating of my gluten and dairy allergies. Excellent value for this level of quality.

7/10Great food. Saw hair in one of the dishes though. Porbably too many tables for the space, and the pace of each dish in the prefix could’ve been little faster.

9.5/10The cuisine was quite inventive and delicious. We had purees, foams and gels as well as more traditional dishes. The serving dishes themselves were beautiful and sometimes ingenious. The space seemed a bit crowded. The service was attentive and helpful.

10/10We had a wonderful evening. All the dishes we’re really great, very tastefully and the presentation was really good. It was nice that the chef explained the dishes. I would recommend la condesa!!

3/10Overbooked restaurant, no intimacy, you have to ask the waiter to move your table in order to go out for a restroom. Service is bellow any level.

10/10We had the 3 course lunch menu, which was complemented by 3 additional small surprise offerings. The quality was extreme to the nth degree, with some of the presentations being exquisite. All the dishes were delicious. We happed to also have the wine pairing and we wished we could have gotten the attention of our server to order more wine with our main dish of pork belly and fregola sarda. The Morgan was a perfect pairing but the half glass didn’t last long. Next time I would forgo the wine pairing as only half glasses are provided and the timing is not ideal.

5/10Very disappointing; we expected some originality given the chef's background. Instead, we had a very average series of contemporary bland dishes, nicely plated, but handicapped by a repeated theme of "soft white things"; chevre creams, foams, purees, mousselines in almost every dish. It left the palate fatigued and unengaged. An overly sweet pear sorbet in daikon espuma in the first main dish struck a very off-putting note early in the meal. The final protein dish was a remarkably ordinary chicken, a bit of a let down for this price point (€90 for six course menu). The menu is chosen by the chef, but one is not informed about the exact dishes until they appear which makes choosing a wine difficult. Although our server did say seafood was prominent, she had no trouble directing us to an overpriced Priorat that was average at best. Service was polite, but with just a touch of condescension, despite one of us being very fluent in French. We left full, but unsatisfied.
