10/10+1Unassuming, little cozy jewel of a restaurant… super nice staff and really inventive creations… for an 8-course tasting menu, the quantities were perfect… you don’t walk away feeling too full, but completely satiated… what a lovely experience!! merci beaucoup!!

10/10This small restaurant is all that’s great about fusion cuisine - the world of umami and fermentation was perfectly incorporated with the characteristic creativity, fastidiousness, and willingness to let the ingredients speak for themselves in French cuisine. The service was impeccable, creating a relaxed atmosphere that takes you back to why it’s so darn fun to eat great food. I would give it 12/10 if I could.

10/10If you are in Toulouse, trying this restaurant is a must. Amazing food experience, nice people, cool atmosphere, excellent price for value ratio, this is what you will find in this place. I have to thank the staff of La Conserverie, it's always a pleasure.
