3.5/10Extremely slow service. Severe lack of manpower. We waited for 45 minutes to be seated and order our food. We ordered the tasting menu including 4 courses plus a small pastry. The food was average. When we finished the secondi, we waited for our desserts and the small pastry for a while. We couldn’t wait any longer and we asked the waitress for the dessert but she said the kitchen has already closed. The original dessert was a lemon meringue but we were subsequently served a frozen strawberry sponge cake. The strawberry topping and the middle cream layer were still icy. The staff were friendly actually but the overall experience was not satisfying. it’s overpriced and not worth the time.

10/10The food at La Dispensa do Aquatio was absolutely incredible. Dino took care of us all evening long and was a great host. We shared between two people two appetizers, on pasta, and one meat. There was a reasonable amount of food served for each plate so we were content between those four things. The restaurant is inside a cave and attached to a hotel and spa. La dispensa di aquatio should not be missed!

7/10When we arrived, they asked if the reservation was with The Fork, with an unfriendly expression. The meal was served too quickly, and when we chose the main course they already asked us to choose dessert! When my husband received the bill I had gone to the bathroom and the waiter made the following comment: “when the bill comes THEY are going to the bathroom”!!!!! Unpleasant.

10/10This place is beyond beautiful. The restaurant is located inside a cave and has white decor. The service is absolutely amazing and the food is extremely delicious. This is one of the most unique restaurants in the world.

9/10I had a dinner at La Dispensa di Aquatio for my birthday and the food was excellent! Lot of flavours even if you have small quantities in your plate. The service was maybe a little bit too fast for me but I had a great evening there. I recommend it.

10/10It is a very nice semi-gastronomic restaurant located in a very nice part of the town. The staff is very nice and the food is very tasty (small portions though). The atmosphere was great.

10/10Hidden gem in a Sassi house adapted to exclusive architectural Standard Star worthy cuisine and acceptable price. After a two week trip in South Italy, definetely the most refined kitchen (mix of Italy & haute cuisine). Only remark was the speed of serving the food- as often in (southern) Italy quite fast.
