Bonjour Je pense que d'utiliser le mot terrible est trop exagéré de votre part Nous de notre part on vous a fourni des serviettes tissues , nappes , cousins confortables , climatisation, pain et huile d'olive tous gratuitement. Alors un minimum de politesse est demandé. Pour les plats ce n'était pas le cas, car si cela été vrai vous auriez dû nous le dire et en vous remplaçant un autre sans aucun souci La satisfaction du client est notre joie La Famiglia

5.5/10Service was the worst we have experienced. Waited 20mins when sat to ask for drinks, food was not what we ordered, waiters were talking all between themselves and kept making mistakes. Food was below average and over priced.

6/10Business dinner. Maitre'D waited on us and forgot my CEO's appetizer and then again his dinner. At the close of business, he asked me to pay a large bill with cash which I did not have. The food is good, the ambiance is not. I don't plan to go back.

6.5/10The food was good, the Waugh tee was also very attentive. The experience was completely damaged by the director, who was intervening in the service, teaching the weightier loudly what he should and should not de. Approaching our table for few times asking if we finished, why we don’t eat desert, why we didn’t finish the food, insisted that I specify why I left the food unfinished. He thought he was treating us well but that was horribly annoying. The owners need to get rid of this director with zero customer service and hospitality skills. This maybe explains why the restaurant with good food and nice reviews was almost empty for dinner.

4.5/10The people that owned it were very nice but they were shocked when we showed up. Did not know about our reservation that we booked here. There was us and 1 other table and a table of the owners. Felt very Awkward like we weee intruding on a family dinner

8/10Good italian restaurant. Compact menu consisting of classic italian dishes, solid wine list and great service. Burrata could have used some aged balsamic and the pannacotta did not need caramel sauce, otherwise the food was very good.

6/10It is too expensive for what it is, even with the discount applied it was not worth it. In addition, they added to our bill double the amount of drinks we ordered. No, I would not recommend this restaurant.
