7.5/10A chic, modern room inside a large shore-side hotel. Short and imaginative menu, fairly well-executed. A lot of friendly staff who, nevertheless, are not as professionally attentive as they could be - no real greeting, very slow taking of apero order and delivery of menus, and that horrible thing of no evident staff at all as we left.. The food and drink service itself was - when it happened! - very professional.
