    Amazing food. The Cerviche was fresh. The meat had the taste of coal and was cooked to perfection. I had 3 deserts it was so good. The service was second to none. The chef came and asked the patrons of we could find room for improvement. We felt like we were part of the development of this restaurant. I will definitely repeat.

About the restaurant

El chef Jaime Monzón da rienda suelta a su creatividad, combinando sus raíces peruanas con lo aprendido en la prestigiosa escuela Catalana Hofmann. Su cocina alcanza escenarios superiores, lo que viene a ser la gloria y en términos gastronómicos es fácilmente realizable en el madrileño barrio de Arapiles, distrito de Chamberí. Todo ello gracias al restaurante La Gloria, capaz de hacer fácil lo difícil, y lugar en el que tú simplemente debes prepararte para el máximo placer.

El producto es fundamental y la estética, un plus sorprendente. Para hacerte una idea : los tomatitos en el jardín con burratina, bacalao confitado su pilpil y palomitas de garbanzos, corvina salvaje con caldito de cebolla de Figueres y meloso de ternera a la antigua usanza con patatas y trufa. Son algunos de los principales más característicos del restaurante La Gloria.

No hay placer que no entienda de dulzura. Con tal objetivo y a través de una concepción totalmente casera, el restaurante La Gloria proporciona un final con mágicos destellos como Créeme brulée de almendras y helado de maracuyá, Chocolate en texturas y Peras al vino tinto.
